A clothing installation inhabits a subdued storefront where suspended dress forms appear and recede within clouds of black yarn cloud and low-lying fog. Articulated light and shadow textures the environment in response to a time-based cue sequence that gave the presence of light passing through storm clouds. Set within a backdrop of atmospheric sound and video, the environment promoted the depth and variations of materiality and structure in the featured clothing line. The LED fixtures, mounting and control distribution was entirely custom designed and fabricated with a total lighting demand of 168 watts.
