First Annual White House Fashion Education Workshop

To support the first annual White House Fashion Education Workshop, 16 Parsons designers worked to create an engaging installation using only discarded books. Through articulated cuts, folds, bends, laser cuts and a little sewing, we transformed 600 books into napkin rings, center pieces and a 20' wide backdrop for the the First Lady, Michelle Obama.
